Quick and Simple Halloween Fun

Halloween is less than a week away!  Hi, it's Diane today and I have a few quick and easy cards you can make with the October Kit of the Month.  If you still haven't carved a pumpkin, here's a cute way to invite a friend or two to help out.

This cheerful pumpkin from the Vintage Halloween Metal Frames set doesn't seemed to be worried that it is "carving time!"

I changed the brad in the center of the Orange Groovy Petal Medley to a Purple Gem Brad (in the Itsy Glitsy part of the kit) to make it look more "Halloweeny."

A few more purple Gradient Gem Stickers highlight the sentiment and add sparkle.

 I made this quick card to send along with a box of Halloween treats for my Dad.  The ghost is from the "Happy Hauntings" Cricut cartridge with tiny black Gradient Gem Stickers for eyes.

The Halloween Multi-dimensional Twinkle Stickers are a great match with this K & Company "Spooktacular" paper stack.

If you are having a Halloween get-together, these spiderweb place cards accented with one of the Vintage Halloween Metal Frames will label your buffet neatly.  I designed the place card for the Silhouette machine using one of the included free shapes.  You can download the file on my blog, Capadia Designs.

My Creative Charms Favorites!

Hi guys!  It's Jamie back to share a couple cards using some of my favorite Creative Charms!  For my first card, I used Momenta's Chloe's Garden Pyramid Pad with the Sparkled Butterfly Medley!  I just love these little butterflies and they go so perfectly with this paper! 

  And do you see the center of the flower?  That is a Hot Pink Gem Brad!  I love the brillant sparkle these gem brads bring!

 For my second card, I used these adorable Braided Daisy Medley Flowers!  The bring so much texture and intrest to the card. If you look closely, you will see another of my Creative Charms favorites, the yellow Fancy Polka Dot Ribbon!  I am using it as a scallop border under the sticker!

They are just so much fun!
