Picture Perfect!

Hi everyone!

During the summer there are always activities out there to present photo ops. Even if there isn't anything special going on, a cute summer outfit can bring on an impromptu photo shoot! (Especially if your child's such a ham, like mine!)

July's Deal of the Month has pretty embellies to play up a summery layout. The pretty colors, the flowers, the BUTTERFLIES!!! Oh, and we can't forget the BLING. This kit+cute summery photos= a perfectly cute layout! Take a look:

I have to apologize for how dark it looks, no matter how different I take the pix, it comes out the same.

I am in love with these pretty butterfly brads. they add dimension in an unexpected way. they're packaged with matching flower gems that can be used with the butterflies or you can save them for something else!

Can we just say "Oh fabulous bling!" These gradiated gems are something I love adding to most everything.

last but not least, these Groovy Petals flower brads are totally adorable. the best part: you can take them apart! I took a big flower off one of the brads and added it to the back of a smaller one for a layered effect.

Don't forget to tote the camera along as you're running out to do your fave summer activities. You never know what project a cute photo and these adorable products can produce!!!

Time with Dad & Get Well Wishes

Happy Tuesday!

I'm back again with some projects using the June Kit of the month.

First, I created a layout using these gorgeous felt flowers. In this month's kit, they're blue, but you can get them in more amazing colors! These flowers have beautiful stitching, so if you're sewing impaired like I am, you save your finger tips! I also took a sequin flower and punched the inside with a hole punch to fit a brad in.

Now with the scraps from this layout, I created a Get Well Card for my daughter, who had surgery recently.

I really needed an excuse to use that awesome fuzzy blue Fun butterfly! How cute is that???

Butterflies, Blossoms, and Jewels!

Hi guys!  It's Jamie back with a couple projects to share!

Have you seen the April Kit of the Month?  I love the butterflies, they are so full of spring and warmth...something I am still waiting for here in Michigan!

My next project is brought to life by the Clear Gradient Gem Stickers!  They bring so much texture and sparkle to the castle and just look at the Clear Vintage Gem Sticker on top of the bow on the box!  It just finishes the project so nicely.

It's Summertime!

Hey everyone! Lisa Dickinson here, excited that it's officially June and summer has arrived! This time of year I always end up taking tons of photos and they are some of my favorites to scrap. And do you know what goes perfectly with summer photos? All the cute items in June's Deal of the Month! This set of embellishments (151 pieces total) is a steal at $6.99! As an ode to my favorite things about summer, I created a page with some of the goodies:



cardstock (Bazzill Basics) + letter stickers (Jenni Bowlin Studio) + stamp (Studio Calico) + felt, jewels, brads (Creative Charms)

I used three cardstock circles as a "home" for each cluster of accents: the vibrant felt butterfly, strawberry, and flowers, the rhinestone gems & brads, and those lovely red polka dot brads (my very favorite item in this kit!).

So enjoy your summer and don't forget to squeeze in a bit of time for scrapping, ok?
