So happy to be back again again to spread my love for Creative Charms! These embellishments are so cute and easy to use!
I just love using "bling" on my cards, and Creative Charms has the best! The Gradient Gem Jewels are available in just about any color you would possibly want!
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Creative Charms will be releasing a special embellishment kit. It has all sorts of fun pink things, but don't think you have to have a house full of girls to use these, just look at my project below!
I wanted to do a page for this project in honor of my husband, Paul, and all the men who, I proudly watch and cheer, walk in the Susan G. Komen, 60 mile, 3-day walk every year. This August will be Paul’s 6th walk and he has raised over $15,000 for this foundation, I am so proud of him. We have met many people through this event, all walking for a different reason. One man, a Chicago firefighter, walks every year and dedicates it to everyone who has ever been touched by this horrible disease, even though his family has no history of breast cancer. Since I don’t walk, I make the thank you cards every year. Enjoy!
These cards were pretty simple, but when I put the cute little embellies on them, I really didn't feel like they needed anything else.
I am Gail, one of the new designers here at Creative Charms. I am also the lucky person who gets to blog about something new and exciting. Today kicks off May’s “Deal of the Month.” I created two cards using some of the products included in this kit. Believe me when I tell you there are so many goodies included in this “deal,” I could have made cards, layouts and projects for quite awhile. What fun, just look what is included:
This card I took a Shimmer Flower apart so there was only 1 white layer and 1 small White Sparkled Butterfly, I then sprayed them with Coffee House Glimmer Mist to give them a more aged and antique look. I also used the Sage Green Vintage Brads.
Thank you Creative Charms for this opportunity! I had so much fun making these cards, let me know what you think!
