Hellooooo all my awesome and fabulous blog readers and friends! It's that time of month (hahah) again for my Creative Charms feature! I'm featuring the May Kit of the Month this month: A Knitted Garden (click here), and wowweeeeee it's totally jam packed with goodies!
If you are new to my Creative Charms posting, each month Creative Charms does a special "SUPER SAVER" kit and deal. They basically pack each kit and deal at 50-75% off; so it's amazing for us frugal
crafty girls!!!
I wanted to make a quick and useful project today that I could share with you. I absolutely LOVE notepads and sketchpads. I'm forever doodling, jotting notes, writing down reminders, etc. Well when I was at Costco the other day, I found this HUGE pack of the small yellow lined notepads. I wanted to make a quick covered notepad. I love the little things, and believe me when I say this will make my day each time I jot into this sweet little owly-hoo notepad!
Don't forget, I'll have a give-away for you--so make sure to hop over to my blog for that by clicking on the little owl at the bottom of this post!

Owly-Hoo Take Note (Covered Note Pad) by K Andrew
Supplies: Mini note-pad (5x8), Knitted Orange Flowers (Creative Charms), Knitted Green Butterflies (Creative Charms), scalloped edge swiss dot turquoise ribbon (Creative Charms), Pink sewn felted flower (Creative Charms), Crochet doily strip (Dollar Store), Pink Pearl Bling (Creative Charms), Owl printed paper (Adorn It!), Pink textured paper (WeRMemoryKeepers)

Watch my video to see how to take a plain yellow lined notepad into something charming worthy of crafty notes and doodles!

Make sure to stop by Creative Charms store to grab this fabulous Kit of the Month: A Knitted Garden before they are a gone (there's only a few left!). It happens every month, and I don't want you to miss out on this one! If you make anything with this fabulous kit, don't forget to share it with me via email, my blog Getting Cricky, or my facebook page, and on Creative Charms facebook page! We LOVE to see your projects!
