Vintage Halloween Kit - lots of possibilities!

I was so excited to see the new Vintage Halloween Kit.  This kit is full of wonderful items and with it you will be able to make many projects.  I made a couple of cards and a layout and I still have lots left to play with!

I rarely make square cards so this first one was a bit of a challenge for me.  I use the black Vintage Velvet Poppies but I took out  the pearl centers and used the amber Vintage  Brads instead.

There are a lot of layers to this card.  The medallion and the sentiment are from the Reminisce Accents Cricut Cartridge.  I added a black Gradient Gem Sticker in each corner to help frame the image.

(cardstock - Papertrey Ink, Core'dinations Gemstone, papers - Making Memories Autumn Splendor, Vintage Poppies, Vintage Brads and Gradient Gem Stickers from Creative Charms)

The second card is much more playful.  Banners are popular right now so I added a few pennants with jagged edges and used three of the Halloween Vintage Frames for the greeting along the top.

I added green and purple gradient gem stickers (from my stash) to the tips of the pennants and also placed a black gradient gem sticker (from the kit) at each end of the top ribbon.

The pennants are from the Cricut Country Life cartridge.  The images on the Vintage Frames are just charming and not scary at all so this card is child friendly!

On this layout I used the rest of the Halloween Vintage Frames, the polka dot ribbon, more gradient gem stickers and the Halloween Twinkle Stickers.

The Twinkle Stickers really are "fun" and provide some nice sparkle for the page.

The gem stickers and ribbon add to the dots and circles theme on the page.   The large ring in the background is built in layers and is from the Cricut Accent Essentials cartridge.

I sized the background cuts to fit the Halloween Frames perfectly.  More details about the Circut cuts and the files will be posted on my blog, Capadia Designs.

This kit is very versatile - you can make traditional vintage items like the first card or have some Halloween fun with the special seasonal items included.  Happy Crafting!

Each of these projects are fantastic!
The banner card is way too cute, and I love the elegance of the first card--and who can go wrong with that glitzy layout?
Beautiful!
