October, Already?

It's hard to believe that we're already into the month of October! This year has been whizzing by so quickly...or is it just me? Well, it could also be the strange weather going on in my neck of the woods. By now in Upstate, NY, we'd have trees/shrubbery changing color...announcing fall sweeping in. So far...we've had spring-like April rainy weather. Maybe the weather's trying to make up the short spring we had this year, who knows?

Well...i got my October kit full of goodies and came to a short stop....while cute, fun, & fabulous, as always, it contains a couple of Halloween colors & items...

um, yeah....I don't celebrate Halloween..... :sheepish:

So now instead of dwelling on that fact, I decided to use that pretty purply-theme and punch up a layout with the beautiful sequinned flowers. Who says that purple has to equate to halloween? It can be used on a fabulously glam fall-ish layout!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE the way these flowers look all bunched up throughout the layout. Flowers always put a smile on my face!
