More Christmas in July

Hi, it's Diane today and for my projects this week I used the July Kit of the Month, "Christmas in July" which is full of great elements for your holiday cards, layouts and other projects.

The Kit includes a set of Christmas Multi-Dimensional Chipboard Stickers and these make a perfect focal point for a card.  For the Snowman card, I created a card base from a shape on the Cricut "Lacy Labels" cartridge and popped on this adorable snowman - the entire piece is already sticky on the back so it stays very well adhered.

Some white cardstock, punched on the edge with a snowflake border punch and embossed with snowflakes adds to the wintry effect.  The snowflakes from the Winter Seasonal Sparkles are a perfect match for the punched border.

The Christmas Chipboard Stickers make card making so easy.  Here I used craft cardstock and added some embossed gold cardstock for some nontraditional color and some white pen stitching around the edges.

The expression on the reindeer's face is very sweet and the chipboard works well with kraft cardstock.

The third card I have to share today has a bit of a retro feel.  I used one of the Christmas Multi-Dimensional Twinkle Stickers for the sentiment and placed it on a red banner.  The border at the top is punched with a wide Martha Stewart border punch and accented with red Vintage Jewels and Gradient Gem Stickers.

The twinkle backing around the sentiment adds lots of sparkle to the card.  These stickers are also fully adhesive and easy to use.

With such hot weather in so many places this week I hope this touch of the holidays helped you to keep cool!

Where do you find the time to make all these cute cards? They are fantastic. Since you made so many, the creative charms make it look like you have spend hours per card.
